Who we are
AI Platform Technology Solutions Limited ("Vyqo", "we", "us") is registered in England and Wales (#17210676). Our registered address is 15 Sturges Field, Chislehurst, BR7 6LG. We operate the Vyqo platform for UK creators.
What we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, creator platform details), financial data necessary to operate your accounts (via our banking partner Griffin Bank Ltd), and usage data to improve the product (app interactions, agent requests). We do not sell your personal data.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide banking and agent services, calculate tax set-asides, score brand deals, communicate about your account, and comply with legal obligations (FCA, HMRC reporting where applicable). AI processing uses redacted data on egress — PII is stripped before external model calls.
Banking partner
Banking services are provided by Griffin Bank Ltd, authorised by the PRA and regulated by the FCA and PRA (FRN: 994457). Your deposit data is held under their privacy policy in addition to ours. Eligible deposits are protected by the FSCS up to £85,000.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction data for seven years after account closure, as required by UK financial regulations. Marketing preferences and waitlist data can be deleted on request unless we have a legal obligation to retain them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@vyqo.app to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the ICO.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
